In addition, we grant rights for sample code contained in the SDK.  You may use the sample code to design, develop and test your programs.  You may copy and modify the sample code and distribute it in object code form as part of your programs provided you indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Selerix from any claims, including attorneys’ fees, related to the distribution or use of your programs. You cannot modify or distribute the sample code so that any part of it becomes subject to an Excluded License. An Excluded License is one that requires, as a condition of use, modification or distribution, that (i) the code be disclosed or distributed in source code form; or (ii) others have the right to modify it. Except where the rights and requirements provided in this paragraph directly conflict with the Terms of Use, the Terms of Use apply to your use of the SDK.  The SDK is subject to change without notice.

Selerix may have patents, patent applications, trademarks, copyrights or other intellectual property rights covering subject matter in this document. Except as expressly provided in any written license agreement from Selerix, the furnishing of this document does not give you any license to these patents, trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property.
